This channel handles requests for refunds, cancellation rights, transaction cancellation, and review.
Requests
Users may request a review through support by providing the order, payment, device, date, and reason.
Where required by applicable law, Sonico will allow cancellation of eligible transactions within the legal period.
The request can be started free of charge through the public form by providing a contact method and the relevant transaction. You will receive a tracking number when it is registered.
You do not need to sign in. Keep the tracking number to follow up on your request.
Review
Sonico reviews payment status, service performance, product delivery, device activity, technical evidence, and communications between the parties.
Transactions involving services already provided, content already displayed, crypto funds already sent, or devices already enabled may require manual analysis.
Manual review does not remove warranties or non-waivable rights. Exceptions to cancellation or refund rights apply only where permitted by applicable law.
